Q Do I get free delivery?
A All goods to the value of £200 or more before VAT are delivered FREE, items below that are delivered as near as the cost price as possible
Q When I've paid what do you do with my card details?
A If you pay by paypal, we never see your payment details EVER, If you pay over the phone on your credit or debit card, we don't keep any of your information so once you've paid that's the last we see of it. We don't write ANY customer details down on paper
Q After I've paid when do you despatch my goods?
A If we get your order (and payment) before 12pm monday to friday and if the goods are in stock we will despatch your goods the same day by courier. If our courier is late getting to us we may be able to despatch up to 4.30pm. No goods are despatched over a weekend
Q Do you keep much stock? or do you just buy it in as you sell it?
A We keep a stock of everything we sell as we install these products ourselves on a daliy basis, that's how we keep the prices low, by buying in bulk
Q I don't live very far away, can I come and pick my order up?
A You most certainly can, we're open between 8am and 5.30pm. Let us know you're coming and we'll have a brew waiting
Q I don't have a paypal account or a bank card, How do I pay?
A Cheque is absolutely fine, though we will have to wait for the cheque to clear before despatching any goods. We will accept cash but you will have to come in to the office, we can't accept cash through the post
Q I've looked on your ebay shop and your prices are higher on ebay than on your main site, why?
A Unfortunately ebay impose a shocking 9.9% surcharge for every item that we sell, this is on top of their listing charge and monthly charge. As we keep our margins down to an absolute minimum we simply cannot afford to absorb all of ebays charges and we have to pass them on 
Q What do I do if there is a problem with my order when it arrives?
A In the unlikely event of a problem, just contact us as quickly as you can, the sooner we know about it, the sooner we can resolve it for you.
Q I'm a competitor and I'm really impressed with your site, however as i'm such a worthless halfwit and I have no self respect or morals I want to steal some of the content for my own site & generally copy everything you do . Is that OK?
A Thanks for the compliment, but NO IT IS NOT! the content on our site and its sister sites is the result of years of our experience, knowledge and skills.
