Q Do I get free delivery?

A. All goods are delivered FREE. Good, eh?

Q When I’ve paid what do you do with my card details?

A. If you pay by paypal we never see your bank details. If you pay over the phone on your credit or debit card, we NEVER keep any of your card details so once you’ve paid that’s the last we see of it.  We NEVER write ANY customers card details down on paper.

Q After I’ve paid when do you despatch my goods?

A. If we get your order (and payment) before 2pm Monday to Friday and if the goods are in stock we will despatch your goods the same day by courier. If our courier is late getting to us we may be able to despatch up to 2.30pm. No goods are despatched over a weekend

Q Do you keep much stock? or do you just buy it in as you sell it?

A. We keep a stock of everything we sell as we install these products ourselves on a daliy basis, that’s how we keep the prices low, by buying in bulk

Q I don’t live very far away, can I come and pick my order up?

A. You most certainly can, we’re open between 7am and 5pm Monday to Thursday, 7am to 4pm Friday and 8am to 11.30am Saturdays. Let us know you’re coming and we’ll have a brew waiting.

Q I don’t have a paypal account or a bank card, How do I pay?

A. A cheque is absolutely fine, though we will have to wait for the cheque to clear before despatching any goods. We will accept cash but you will have to come in to the office, we can’t accept cash through the post

Q What do I do if there is a problem with my order when it arrives?

A. In the unlikely event of a problem, just contact us as quickly as you can, the sooner we know about it, the sooner we can resolve it for you.

Q My paint additives have arrived but they’ve leaked in transit, what do I do next?

A. Because the bottles we use are extremely reliable and tough this is an incredibly rare occurance, the only times we usually get a problem if is the bottles have been physically damaged in transit. All we ask is that you take a picture of the damaged bottle and packaging and email it to us, once we get it we’ll replace the affected products straight away free of charge
